Thank you for support our small business. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer the following refund policy:
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on all items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that your item is packaged securely and shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement item if necessary.
